A young, fruity wine, macerated for 3 days at a constant temperature of 20 ºC. Fermentation lasted 24 days to achieve maximum extraction of all its aromas. It was then left to rest in the bottle for 1 year to achieve perfect balance.
The vineyard, Pago de Peribañez, is located at an altitude of 821 metres. It is a bush vineyard with a very controlled yield of 4,850 kilos per hectare.
