DATA PROTECTION

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 LOPD, the entity responsible for this website informs all users of the site that they are not obligated to provide any personal data for the use thereof, unless they voluntarily wish to provide such data on account of sending a query or suggestion via the contact form. In this case, users give their consent to have their data included in an automated file that is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Moreover, Article 2(2) of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December establishes that the regulations will not apply to the processing of data regarding legal persons, nor to files that only include the data of natural persons providing their services within those legal persons, where such data consist in their names and surnames, the functions performed or positions held, or their professional postal or email address, telephone or fax number.

Users who tick a box enabled for this purpose expressly, freely and unambiguously accept that their personal data may be processed by the provider to fulfil the following aims:
