We have spent years caring for and loving the Verdejo grape, the true protagonist of our fields and our winery. We have set ourselves the goal of achieving excellence in the production of Verdejo wine and that is why we put our effort and passion into achieving it.

We have taken up old traditions such as the “damajuanas”, old glass containers that were used to obtain oxidative wines of “sol y serena” and whose practice we wanted to recover.
