Momento Diez – Gran Vino Rueda

The vineyards selected to produce this incredible, unique Verdejo are those of the ‘Los Almendros’ estate. These vineyards provide incredible aromatic characteristics and complexity on the palate. The average age of the vines is 45 years and the yield was 6,000 kg/hectare.

After macerating the grapes for 12 hours, bleeding without pressure and fermenting at different temperatures, we achieve the complexity of aromas that this wine expresses.

A unique blend of 85% stainless steel on its own lees and 15% fermentation in new French oak barrels for 7 months.
